Documents you will need
Please have the following ready when you apply. Our admissions team will let you know if anything else is needed for your child’s grade.
- Copies of the child’s passport and Qatar ID (QID)
- Copies of both parents’ passports and Qatar IDs
- Recent school reports and a school leaving or transfer certificate, where applicable
- Birth certificate and up-to-date vaccination record
- Recent passport-sized photographs

Grade placement is based on your child’s age and previous schooling, in line with Ministry of Education and Higher Education guidelines.
